SiseLEAN Shake Recipes 

 

SiseLEAN is a delicious vanilla shake with less than 85* calories per serving, when mixed with only water.

You can exchange 1-2 meals during the day with this shake.

The patented designed fiber makes you feel full and prevents you from flipping into “binge mode”.

Another great thing with SiseLEAN is that it’s LOADED with vitamins, and there is NO soy in it. (Soy is cheap to use but it’s one of the most chemically treated crops in the world…)

Fruit Smoothies

Basic SiseLEAN Shake:

Mix 1 scoop SiseLean with 8-12 oz. water (or milk or juice)

Mix, shake and preferably let it sit for 15 minutes to thicken

 

Measurements:

1 scoop = approx. 0,5 dl (or 22,5 grams)

8-12 oz. = approx. 1,5 – 2,5 dl

8 oz. = 1 cup = 2 dl (approx.)

The basic SiseLEAN shake, mixed with water or milk has a wonderful taste of vanilla. However, it’s nice with variations and to add other flavors to the shake now and then.

You can basically add any fruits, berries, vegetables you like or have at home, just mix it in a blender with some ice and water (or milk or yogurt) and add the SiseLEAN powder to get some protein and lots of vitamins and minerals.

As a base for my smoothies, I usually have a 2/3 cup of baby spinach, you can also use kale, but I find it too bitter. Some avocado is also great to add, it makes the smoothies more creamy and filling.

Just remember that each extra item you add will also add calories….

As a general rule, berries and vegetables are a healthier choice, because of the higher sugar level in fruits (fructose).

 

SiseLEAN Shake & Smoothies Recipes:

 

I’ll start with my top 3 favorite shakes and smoothies:

 

No 1: Tropical Avocado Smoothie (1 Serving)

1/3 cup of water (or coconut water if you prefer)
1/2 avocado
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (or 1/2 t dried ginger)
½ – 1 scoop of  SiseLEAN vanilla protein powder
1 t lime juice
1/2 cup of frozen pineapple (or mango)

Calories: approx. 260

This is one of my favorite smoothie recipes. I found it on SparkRecipes.com. The avocado makes the smoothie quite filling.

 

No 2: Mixed Berry Smoothie (1 Serving)

1/3 cup of water (or coconut water if you prefer)
1/3 avocado (or some plain Greek yogurt)
1 cup with mixed raspberries, blackberries and strawberries

1/2
-1 scoop of  SiseLEAN vanilla protein powder
2/3
cup of baby spinach (fresh or frozen) 

Calories: approx. 280

Love the taste of the berries together with the vanilla!

 

No 3: Chocolate Shake:

1/3 cup of water or milk (or yogurt)
1 tablespoon of organic raw cacao
½ – 1 scoop of  SiseLEAN vanilla protein powder
Chipped ice at your preference

Calories: approx. 250

This one is really good for chocolate lovers like me! It’s also a great substitute for ice cream! You can also test to add some plain Greek yogurt or Kefir ice-cream. To make it more “ice-cream like”, add 1/3 of an avocado or 1/2 of a frozen banana. For a sweeter taste, add some Stevia blend (with Erythritol) or Xylitol.

 

Before I give you some other shake and smoothie recipes from other SISEL friends, I’d like to tell you that you can also make really great tasting pancakes with the SiseLEAN protein powder! Scroll down and you’ll find this “bonus” recipe at the bottom of this page!

 

Papaya Ginger Mint Smoothie

1 cup of Papaya (Solo or Mexican), peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks
1/2 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 tablespoon finely chopped peeled fresh ginger
1/2 tablespoon honey
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Water, to taste
4 fresh mint leaves, plus 1-2 sprigs for garnish

Directions

  1. Refrigerate papaya until very cold, at least one hour or overnight.
  2. Blend papaya, ice, yogurt, ginger, honey, and lemon juice in a blender. Add water, one tablespoon at a time, until mixture is smooth and thinned to desired consistency. Blend in mint leaves.
  3. Add 1/2 scoop of SiseLEAN protein powder
  4. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve.

Tropical Fruit Smoothie:

½ banana, frozen, cut in chunks

3 strawberries, frozen

6 chunks pineapple, frozen

8 – 12 ounces original almond milk

1 scoop SiseLEAN

Mix in blender until smooth.

“Very refreshing and tasty!”

 

Triangle of Life Power Smoothie:

6-8 ounces Activia yogurt, any flavor

¾ – 1 ounce SpectraMaxx®

¾  – 1 ounce FuCoyDon®

¾ – 1 ounce Eternity®

1 scoop SiseLEAN

Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.     Source: DeAnna Brite

Here are 3 more recipes, I have not yet tried them but I will!

Peanut Butter Banana protein shake:

1 scoop SiseLEAN

1 banana

1 scoop all-natural peanut butter

1 cup of ice

Blended together with 8 oz. of water with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.

 

Eric’s Favorite:

4 oz water

4oz  Rice Milk

1 Scoop Of SiseLEAN

½ oz of SpectraMax

Table spoon of unsweetened chocolate

1 Whole Banana

Blend and Enjoy!

 

Pumpkin Pie Shake (Paula’s favorite):

Mix 1 scoop SiseLEAN

8 oz Rice Milk

Pumpkin Pie Seasoning and Cinnamon to taste

Ice, and blend together.

BONUS RECIPE: SiseLEAN Pancakes

1 Serving

2 Tbsp SiseLEAN protein powder

1 egg

Whisk the powder and the egg together, thin the batter consistency with some milk or water (approx. ½ – 1 Tbsp).

Calories: approx: 200

With the pancakes, I like to have some fresh berries, like strawberries, blueberries and raspberries.
